Document Service with HR Guidance — Not a Full-Service HR Consulting Contract

This subscription is a compliance document service. It includes HR guidance to help you understand, implement, and use the documents we build for you — that guidance is part of the service. What it is not is a full-service HR consulting contract or an ongoing employment relations retainer. ReadyDocs.ai does not serve as your outsourced HR department, does not manage your employees or your HR function on your behalf, and does not represent you in TWC hearings, EEOC proceedings, or employment disputes. The documents and guidance we provide are tools to support your HR practices — how you apply them in your specific employment situations is your responsibility. For complex or high-stakes employment matters, we recommend involving a licensed HR professional or employment attorney.

Document Accuracy & Your Responsibility

Documents are built from the information you provide in your intake form and subsequent requests. You are responsible for providing accurate, complete information about your business. Documents built on incorrect or incomplete intake information are your responsibility to identify — we will rebuild them once at no charge when errors are reported to us.

Regulatory Changes & Updates

We make reasonable efforts to update your documents when Texas or federal law changes in ways that materially affect them. We do not guarantee that documents will reflect every regulatory change within any specific timeframe. For time-sensitive compliance situations — such as an active OSHA inspection or TWC audit — always verify current standards independently.

Subscription & Payment Terms

The Total Compliance subscription is billed at $149.00 per month via Stripe on a recurring basis beginning on the date of initial subscription. Prices are subject to change with 30 days’ written notice to the email address on file. ReadyDocs.ai does not store your payment card information — all payments are processed by Stripe.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe billing portal or by emailing order@readydocs.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. Portal access remains active through the end of the paid period. You retain any documents downloaded prior to cancellation.

Delivery Timeline

We target delivery of your initial document set within 48 hours of receiving a complete intake form. This is a target, not a contractual guarantee. Timelines may be extended for complex requests or incomplete intake information. We will communicate any expected delay.

Limitation of Liability

ReadyDocs.ai’s liability under this subscription is limited to the total amount paid in the 30 days prior to any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages including government penalties, fines, litigation costs, or business losses arising from your use of these documents.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute arising under this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Tarrant County, Texas. By subscribing, you consent to personal jurisdiction in Tarrant County, Texas. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ReadyDocs HR LLC (d/b/a ReadyDocs.ai) with respect to the Total Compliance subscription service.
